Ordering Terms & Conditions

At this time, we are unable to accept any same day orders placed online for pick-up or delivery.  But, no worries, many of our signature petite sweets are for sale in-store on a walk-in basis everyday. Please call ahead to have us reserve items for same-day pick-up.

Some seasonal flavors are subject to availability of produce and/or supplies.  We will contact you if we need to make substitutions to selected flavors.  All bakery products are individually made from scratch and may vary in appearance, including slight variations from pictures.  If you have a special request, please contact us.

Once an order is placed, we cannot accept cancellations or changes within 24 hrs of your order on business days (Monday through Saturday).  Thank you!

Shipments:  There are no refunds or exchanges available for bakery items.  Shipping damage claims can be made with USPS. Most orders include up to $100 shipping insurance from the carrier. Please contact us if you would like to add extra insurance for your order.  We cannot be responsible for anything that isn’t right for a personal taste.  Please, again, ask any questions you have prior to purchasing an item, so that we can help you however possible. 🙂 We want you to LOVE your purchases.

We will ship orders within 3 business days of receiving a processed payment.

We ship using only USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days for delivery once shipping begins, except to Alaska and Hawaii and some remote parts of the country, which may take a few more days.   Holiday shipping is unpredictable. Please allow extra time for gifts and personal orders to arrive during holiday months.
